After two and a half hours in horrendous traffic, with a driver that stank, in pouring rain, we made it to our home for the next couple of days - Maya Ubud.
It is stunning. Even in the pouring rain this place is breath taking.
We checked in and were told that we had been upgraded from our Garden Villa to a Pool Villa for free. We were taken by a golf cart to our villa. I am in love with this place. Someone please fly Holly over, because we aren't leaving.
We sat on our porch for a while and listened to the rain. After it eased off, we decided to go up to the bar for afternoon tea and to go for a little walk around the grounds. I don't have the words to describe how amazing it is, so I hope our pictures are enough.
